Rise and Rejoice Ministries is founded by Heather and VInce Murdock and exists to disciple a generation, to fan the flame of love and devotion to Jesus.

We exist to raise up a generation of devoted disciples and disciple makers of Christ through Kingdom discipleship, Spirit-filled worship and compassionate outreach. We empower people to heal, overcome obstacles and break through strongholds to live on mission for the Gospel of Christ.

I speak, preach and teach for conferences, retreats, seminars, workshops holiday events, etc. Our goal is to not only touch hearts, but to transform lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. You can expect depth, authenticity, passion and Biblical truth in my delivery. I encourage, equip and empower people to overcome obstacles in every area of their faith walk so they can live out their divine destiny. I've written a book called, "Rise and Rejoice, A Heart Transformation Journey for Women" to help women heal and break through heart hurts to walk in freedom and purpose. Book me individually, or as a couple. We also love to minister to marriages. We can’t wait to work with you!

We are songwriters and worshippers that have a passion for writing music that moves people closer to Jesus where they encounter His transforming love and power. Rise and Rise Worship includes Vince Murdock, Luke Murdock, Kyle Bowen, Emerson Jana and Colin Carnahan. Heather Murdock is one of the songwriters. We’ve released several new songs this year that you can find on all streaming platforms around the world. We have been blessed to collaborate with some amazing artists in worship music, such as Luke Anderson from Elevation Worship and Antonio and Alison Marin from Bethel Music. We hope and pray our music ignites a fire inside all who hear it.

Vince and I collectively have spent years in the corporate space working at the executive level, mostly in Human Resources and learning and development. Our idea of a good time together is to talk shop! We love to share and create solutions and strategies that help leaders and teams define and clarify vision and mission, identify core values, cultivate healthy culture, build strong teams and catapult leadership effectiveness and passion. We get to the root of the issues that prevent leaders and teams from achieving breakthrough. We look forward to working with you!

Founder of Rise and Rejoice Ministries— Heather is an international speaker, author and songwriter with a passion to make Jesus intimately known. She is called to encourage and equip believers to overcome obstacles by the power of the Holy Spirit to live transformed lives of Kingdom purpose. She seeks to raise up a generation of Kingdom disciple makers for the glory of God.
She has released her first book, “Rise and Rejoice, A Heart Transformation Journey for Women,” which helps women break free from the past to live in the freedom and and purpose of Christ.
She is also a writer for Megamorphosis Magazine.
Heather has served in executive leadership as Vice President of global Human Resources for years and loves to develop and empower leaders and cultivate thriving cultures. But her most cherished role is wife and mom to her amazing family, and she believes that discipling her kids is her biggest responsibility and honor. Learn More about Heather Here

Founder of Rise and Rejoice Ministries and Songwriter– Vince has a varied taste in music that spans multiple genres. At an early age he began listening to his parent's vinyl records, studying the structure and melodies and then creating his own record titles, song names, and lyrics. One of his fondest memories was receiving a Sony Walkman when he was 11 years-old. It was life changing and his love for music continued to grow as a result.
His approach to songwriting involves exploring unique ways to satisfy the listener, but more importantly, creating music that pleases the Lord. Psalm 96 says "Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the Earth". This is one of Vince's favorite verses and it compels him to write music that will bring people closer to God.
Vince is married to Heather Murdock, and they have three adult children. They live in Placerville, California and enjoy building their ministry, staying close to family and friends, and traveling. Check out Vince’s Blog Here

Worship Musician and Co-Founder Rise and Rejoice Worship
Luke began playing electric guitar when he was 8 years-old. He was often seen strumming and moving around with great enthusiasm, mimicking his favorite artists (a characteristic he still has today). He considers Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eddie Van Halen, and Jimmy Page as early influences.
Luke learned guitar quickly and by the time he was 12 he was playing on the worship team. He's a multi-talented musician who plays guitar, bass, piano and saxophone.
Luke began writing music 4 years ago alongside his dad, Vince. Inspired by a calling they felt placed on their hearts, they co-founded Rise & Rejoice Worship.
His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 54:10:
"Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
