Heather Murdock is a preacher and leadership voice who calls people higher with conviction and clarity.

For more than fifteen years, she has equipped people across the Church to grow in wholeheartedness, biblical conviction, and mature faith - empowering them to live with courage and love.

Through Scripture, insight, and practical wisdom, she calls people into bold obedience and lasting transformation - confronting the lies that hold them back and strengthening God’s truth within them.

Whether preaching on a Sunday morning, speaking on a college campus, teaching at a women’s gathering, or facilitating a leadership retreat, her goal is the same:

Coaching is not the starting point of her work - it is a deeper application of it. For those navigating complexity, conflict, transition, or increased responsibility, coaching provides intentional one on one, or team engagement to examine underlying beliefs, clarify decisions, and strengthen emotionally mature leadership.

Heather works with church leaders, ministry teams, campus voices, and values-driven professionals who are ready to lead with greater clarity, conviction, and wisdom.

A quarterly gathering for women who are serious about spiritual growth.

Through biblical teaching, worship, reflection, and honest conversation, women deepen their understanding of who they are in Christ, learn to confront the lies that have shaped their lives, anchor themselves in truth, and grow into wholehearted disciples of Jesus.

Rise and Rejoice Retreats

Our retreats are immersive, Christ-centered intensives designed to bring lasting transformation at the heart level.

Through biblical teaching, worship, guided application and intentional encounters, participants step away from distraction to engage truth in a focused and meaningful way.

We do deep heart work. Not surface inspiration, not temporary emotion, but examining the condition of our heart and inviting God to meet us there.

Using practical frameworks, personal processing, and facilitated table conversations, each person is equipped to identify the beliefs influencing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and to replace the lies with truth that leads to freedom.
